They import avocado, buko (baby coconut), guava, langka (jackfruit), macapuno (sweet coconut), mango,pineapple and ube (purple yam) fruit from the Philippines for their ice cream, and they use fruit such as lychee and passion fruit for their delicious sorbets.
In addition to exotic flavors, Mitchell's Ice Cream also offers more traditional fare, all beginning with a 16% butterfat base. Their ice cream is made fresh in their shop daily, and they use only the finest ingredients available. Their Vanilla ice cream is made with pure Bourbon Vanilla and only authentic Kahlua, Bailey's Irish Cream and Rum are used in the flavors bearing their names.

Mitchell's Ice Cream has pre-packed 1/2 gallons of just about all their flavors and if that's too much to fit in the freezer, they'll hand pack a quart, pint or 1/2 pint for you.
