Chantal Guillon - Macaron & Tea



        A macaron (French pronunciation) is a sweet confectionery made with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food coloring. The macaron is commonly filled with buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies.
        Chantal Guillon was opened in 2008.  It  has been known as the specialize macarons store in San Francisco.  Recently, they renovated the store and most importantly built a kitchen in San Francisco, as customers longtime request. The macarons are now made in San Francisco SOMA; with natural, local ingredients, free of coloring and OGM and Gluten free.



Macarons Flavors:
Everyday they have a minimum of 12 flavors, that change in according with the season and holidays.

Macaron information:
The macarons are Gluten Free.
All contains almonds nuts, white eggs and sugar.
Some are dairy, and some contains other nuts.
They last 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.
Keep them in a plastic box, or in plastic film away from humidity.
